Look, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it - I was stuck. Eight years ago, I was working some soul-crushing desk job, eating takeout at 11 PM, and couldn't climb a flight of stairs without sounding like a broken accordion.
Then one random Tuesday, my doc hit me with the reality check I needed. That's when I decided to flip the script. Started training, got obsessed with it, and realized fitness didn't have to be this boring, repetitive grind everyone made it out to be.
