We focus on compound movements that actually matter - think squats, deadlifts, presses. Started this program myself back in '09 when my back was giving me hell. Changed everything.

Cardio doesn't have to be boring treadmill marathons. We mix it up - rowing, bikes, battle ropes, sometimes we just run stairs. The goal's simple: get your heart rate up, keep it interesting, and actually enjoy the process. Perfect if you're just getting back into things.
